Guess what? You’re in luck. Everyone has to start somewhere. You have just completed the most difficult step in your fitness journey. Now all you need to do is sign up for your fundamentals onramp program and show up! During fundamentals you will be paired with a coach that will work with you through the process of getting acclimated to your new fitness routine. We will discuss with you, your goals and discuss any potential limitations. We will also discuss expectations and give you a good understanding of what your next 2 weeks will look like.
CrossFit is a very effective fitness program. It is important that you have a foundation that will give you the highest probability at success. Our fundamentals program consists of 6 classes and usually takes 2 weeks to complete. These 6 classes will be in a private or semi private format and will take you through each of the foundational movements that make CrossFit effective.
After you complete your 6 class fundamentals program you will be ready to join our regular group classes.
Don’t worry if you need more time. We can always slow things down and do more 1 on 1 sessions to make sure you feel comfortable with all movements prior to going into regular classes.
The good news is , during your fundamentals, you will be doing the same things that our regular classes do except you will have a lot more 1 on 1 attention and you will have a specific coach teaching you the proper techniques to make sure you get the most out of your CrossFit experience.
