CrossFit Arc to close its doors
Effective October 1 2017, CrossFit Arc will officially close its doors for the last time.
The ownership of CrossFit Arc would like to sincerely thank each and every member that has come through our doors for giving us the opportunity to be a part of your fitness journey and we truly wish we were able to find a solution that would enable the gym to stay open and operate under our existing capacities.
For those that have stuck with us and stayed committed since the beginning, thank you.
If you are interested in taking over the ownership of our gym and keeping our community moving forward in the right direction or would that like to discuss this in more detail please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
From the owner
What’s next? As entrepreneurs, we say, as long as we have exhausted every resource and made every effort to do the right thing we can achieve our intended results. What we do not plan for are the life events that take place which dramatically change the course and direction of our lives. Sickness, illness and disease is alive all around us, and hopefully, no one ever has to find themselves in a situation where they are being called away from their lifes dream to care for a young, healthy, yet ill and incontinent family member, with no brain. In my situation, this is exactly the case. So for me, what’s next is to spend the last few remaining days, months or years trying to not only increase the awareness of the early onset Demetia and Alzheimer’s that has hit my family (and will affect many more in the coming years) harder than a ton of bricks, but also do my part to find a cure. You never know how people will respond when presented with tough situations. Sometimes people will run and sometimes people will pretend. Then there are times where people will just ignore everything completely. In my case, I have been called to be the voice of the voiceless and do everything in my power to help everyone else to not have to go through the turmoil and pain that comes with this kind of scenario.
While I wish I was able to financially support our gym during this down time I have found that the money needed to do this doesn’t exist as any available funds need to go directly to the care and housing of my father.
If you are interested in the specific details regarding this notice I will be happy to speak with everyone either one on one or in a town hall environment.
Please know I have literally made myself sick over this decision and it has not been taken lightly, but as much as I have tried to do, and, be everything to everyone, it’s time for me to put on the blinders and focus my efforts towards my family in this time of need.
Please accept my sincerest apologies and know that from the bottom of my heart I tried everything possible and with the biggest regret am forced to close our doors for good.
All the best,
